The Campaign for Southern Equality (CSE) is excited to announce our Summer ‘18 T-Shirt Design Contest!
The concept is simple: You’re invited to submit your design for a t-shirt that speaks to LGBTQ life in the South in the Summer of 2018. The winner will have their design printed on a limited-edition t-shirt and will win a $500 Southern Equality Fund grant to support a creative project.
Contest Rules: There is no limit to the number of entries you can submit between today andJune 15th to have your design(s) considered. No reproduced images will be accepted. CSE reserves the right to use all designs for future marketing purposes.
Eligibility: The contest is open to all. Folks based in the South and queer, trans, rural, black and brown folks are strongly encouraged to apply.
Deadline: Submit by 12:00 PM Eastern on June 15, 2018.
To submit: Submit your design by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
Subject line: T-shirt Design Contest
Body of email: Include your name, where you’re based, and the best way to contact you. Feel free to include anything you’d like us to know about you or your design.
Attach: You’ll need to attach your design in one of the following formats: PSD (Photoshop), AI (Adobe Illustrator), JPEG, EPS, PNG or PDF.
Selection of winner: The winning design will be chosen by CSE staff and the winning artist will receive:
* Southern Equality Fund Grant of $500 for your next creative project;
* 2 free t-shirts; and
* Recognition on social media and our website.
If you’ve read this far, you already know you’re going to want one of these t-shirts, which will be available at CSE events and through online orders. All proceeds from t-shirt sales will go directly to our work for full LGBTQ equality across the South.
