On Thursday, June 25, please join us in Asheville for REVERB OF RESISTANCE, a multi-artist night of music, performance, and art to bring people together and uplift and affirm LGBTQ+ voices in the South. This event, hosted at The Grey Eagle, will leverage music as a force for connection, care, and resistance in the face of rising anti-LGBTQ+ policies.
Performers include Las Montañitas, Elizabeth McCorvey and Her Band, and Lyric – and the event will be a creative space built to center the connection, joy, and self-expression of trans and queer Southerners.
There is a $5 suggested donation and tickets can be reserved ahead of time, with the option to donate as much as you’re able to. Proceeds will benefit Southern Equality Studios, a program of the Campaign for Southern Equality that explores how the arts can be a catalyst and force in achieving lived and legal LGBTQ equality across the South. No money? No problem – sliding scale tickets are available, too – just fill out this form below to request a ticket at no cost.
