[ssba-buttons]We, Matt and Shannon, met in Asheville and have been together for 7 years. Our two children, ages 2 months and 18 months, were both carried by one incredible surrogate.
Matt works as a climate scientist at the National Climatic Data Center. Shannon teaches 5th grade at Isaac Dickson Elementary. Both of us are passionate about democracy and about the vision that one day we, as gay men, will enjoy the rights that we believe are intended for us under the constitution. We are thankful for organizations such as the Campaign for Southern Equality and Equality NC which work every day to help us achieve that vision.
