“ASHEVILLE — The Rev. Kathryn Cartledge on Tuesday was found guilty of a crime in a Buncombe County district courtroom, where criminal offenders whose trials came before hers were handcuffed and taken away to jail.But Cartledge, 65, had a broad smile on her face after Judge Julie Kepple handed down her sentence.”
