On Wednesday, April 22, the Campaign for Southern Equality hosted a webinar, “Wellness Wednesday: Stretches & Cranial Massages for Stress Relief and Centering,” the latest in our #LGBTQSouth virtual gathering series on The Front Porch.
About the Webinar!
This webinar focused on light stretches and cranial massages. CSE’s Director of Healing and Resilience Holiday Simmons teaches introductory cranial massages that can be done on yourself or someone else, including children! These practices have been known to calm the nervous system, relieve tension and headaches, and support vitality.
