The Southern LGBTQ Health Survey

Note: This survey is closed as of March 2019. The Campaign for Southern Equality will publish results from the survey in September 2019.

Share your experiences to help improve LGBTQ health care in the South! If you are an LGBTQ person who lives in the South and is 18 years or older, we hope you’ll take part and also spread this to your networks!

The survey is part of the Southern LGBTQ Health Initiative, a new collaboration between the Campaign for Southern Equality and Western NC Community Health Services to increase access to LGBTQ-friendly health care in the South.
